"$10909 per year" is the same as "$909/month" ::))

It is easy enough :) to come up with some thing like you suggested for just one house. What if someone has 5, 10 or more such houeses like many 大地主 do?

The gap will be toooooo wide to bridge if properties are purchased following the 1% rule, as far as I can see.
