In Vancouver's healthcare district, near Cambie/Broadway Skytrain station. You can buy individual offices and rented out in summer 2014. Two doctors I know asked us to invest in an office room next door, so a larger medical clinic can be rented out later. Second floor view office, about 400 sf, $400,000.
