听说今年出租房报税IRS 新规定，

如果有做过 fix 或 remodel ， 600刀以上必须要给contractor 发1099表。 期限好像只到2月15日。我还不知道我自己的case 怎么处理呢， contractor 的 ID 没办法找，人都回国了。

我从一个CPA 那里听了一耳朵， 大家还是找自己的CPA 证实一下， 有什么消息和大家分享一下。
