so your mindset needs to be a bit different.

There will be anoth bubble for sure - yes, it may take 10 years to form - but once it bubbles, beach condo will be the category to see skyrocket price increase.

Two hours driving is nothing.

For good beach condo/house, even 2 hours flying is acceptable.
