我有一个出租房。租金15K。利息加税10K。其它花销2K。depreciation 5K。如果这么算我的出租收入是负的2K。但我的软件显示是0收入。因为我的AGI大于150K。不让我报负的出租收入。请问我有没有搞错。这里的地主们是怎么做的。这儿有礼了。
