Agree, delivery, old unit removal, installation are all rip-offs

I once picked up a nice floor unit, hauled it home and installed it on my own.  $200+tax. 

I gave the garbage truck driver $5 and he was happy to take the old unit.

I think the US models are generally easy to install, but Bosch is a pain.
