Help to choice a tenant. Please

I am renting my SH for $1800/ month I have 2 applicants so far.
1) Couple with 5 kids. The mother is not working but has SS income $2200/month. The boyfriend received Unemployment Benefits. Has one house foreclosured this year.
$1800/month
2) A Self-employ
contractor had 2 houses foreclosure in the past 2 years. Wife does not working. 2 kids. Tax return $ $45,000 on 2010.
He said he receive cash too from his custom which he did not report to IRS. Willing to pay 3 month rent (2 month deposit and first month rent).
Which one seems better? Please help! Thank you in advice.
