我该怎么办？

房子租给了一个女单身。后来感觉此人不好打交道。一年到期后不再和她续下一年的合同，该成Month to Month。盼这她早点搬走。今天收到她的email如下，

I had a question - if in the future (a few months) my boyfriend and I decided to live together; would I need to change anything besides notify you that he would be living with me?
I didn't think so; and I would notify you out of respect; but the lease and everything is still in my name and I wouldn't want that to change; I just wanted to make sure; let me know thanks.

看来她要长住呀。她一个人就够我头疼的了，这回可能要对付两个啦。
