1. Buy 30% mid-cap growth index funds,

2. 30% small cap growth index fund

3. 20% Real estate index funds (REIT)

4. about 20% emerging mark fuunds and/or other funds.

Hold the money in stock funds between Sept-May, move money to bond index funds in early May and move back to stock index funds in the end of August.

If you are lucky, You will 20% return a year!
