short sale，前主人要反租，有点不爽

偶买了一栋房，在买卖房时，前房主要偶同意，偶买房后，让他们用低于市场价400刀把房租给他们。他们有一堆狗，他们要找到愿意租给他们的房东挺难。偶一动善心，就同意了。

偶也不太有出息，老公不太爱买房，嫌麻烦，他说，起念买房后，偶变老变丑，俺又开始不爽了。

偶的agent让偶往好里想，反正lease就半年，过去了就好了。偶觉得有道理。

昨天老公叫俺投资Reit，别惹麻烦当房东。可偶现在反悔，不成交，又觉得对不起agent和seller。

幸福指数下降，咋办泥？大家指导指导俺。
