头痛，租客违约养狗

我的租约上规定不能养宠物，今天HOA打电话说我的租客的狗把Fence撞坏了，跑到邻居院子里，吓着小孩了。请问我该咋办？

1. 以租客违约为由，把他赶走，如果他不走，或走之前破坏房子，咋办？

2. 让他把狗送走，如果他答应把狗送走，但又偷偷留下，咋办？

更让我担心的是万一他的狗咬了人，我被告上法庭，咋办？

哪位给出出主意？谢谢！
