新手请教:考个房地产经纪执照,以便自己买投资房,值不值？

想买白菜房或白玉房做出租，苦于找不到好的房地产经纪人，错过许多好的deal ，琢磨着自己花几百刀考个房地产经纪执照，至少可在第一时间去看房，运气好的话，房子买下来，还可得几千刀 commission. 大侠们觉得如何？
