as I consider myself a value RE investor, I always feel cash flow is the key to survive this game, but after reading all these horror stories, I need to remind everyone that life is more important than money.

I always against investing in extreme poor black inner city neighborhood, money is not everything, worst thing can happen to one is you with GOD but money still at the bank.
