pick which PM?

收到三个PM 的报价，不知选哪个：

1. one month rent for finding tenant, 5% of rent for monthly management fee，small PM company

2. finding tenant free, 10% of rent for monthly management fee

3. 60% of one month rent for finding tenant, 8% of rent for monthly fee, bigger PM company
