支出:管理费,mortgage,空置率损失,保险,维修,HoA,property tax
进账:房租
我的return rate的算法:(进账-支出)/downpay
那么,mortage里的principle部分的增长如何算入呢?请指教!谢谢!

我不算tax benefits,太复杂,而且很多只是deferred tax, and you eventually need
