For rental home insurance deductable and liability coverage

Hello,

I am just wondering for all you experienced landlords, how much deductable is your landlord insurance? How about liability? Which insurance company are you using?

We have $5000 deductable(too high?) and $300,000 liability insurance. We have an umbrala on top of that. We use farmers but seems AAA is much cheaper on the same the house coverage. Any bad experience with AAA home insurance? Just want to know how others are handling this.
