我这房子咋办?

大家好!

先生回国发展了,大儿子也去外地上大学了,小儿子现读二年级,自己不工作,所以也决定暑假带小儿子回国了.可我们住的房子咋办? 现在这房价,不能买.也只能租了.可怎么租呢?离那么远.请大家给出出主意.在这先谢谢了!
