With the medical advancement, I see so many people around us who live in their 80s and 90s.  If we take care of our health, we can see ourselves living to 100 years.

IMO, a good financial planning can take care of most scenarios.  The other small chance will be taken care of by family and friends.  

I beleive a good hearted person will not worry about it.  All the good thing he/she done will help him/her in the late life stage.  I have seen so many examples around me.
