请教： 空调，暖气之噪音

看中一房。 冷暖共用控制板及鼓风机和管道。 启动时，整个房子，似山崩地裂，轰轰烈烈，如同电影院的音响。

咋回事？ 鼓风机还是管道的问题？ 能否改善？ 96年房，隔音材料的code太陈旧？
