Why worry about that?

In most cases,"房子山墙外还有至少10米高的水泥防护墙" is good enough to prevent any disaster.  Do you see any sign of lack maintenance? If not, that is good location in my view.  Do more research (such as structure, price trend, ...) before any conclusion.
