跌惨了，气得要吐血了

我一个房子，在做REFI。

估价下来只有十几万，ZILLOW等至少三个网站上说有近30万。

我保守点，自估20出头。来做REFI。

这下好了，估价费付了，REFI还做不成。

这叫啥事呢？  倒霉呀真倒霉！
