builder and landlord are on 2 opposite side of the spectrum in R

since I am in little bit of all phases, I can tell you builder are more focus on how to achieve the highest profit in the shortest time.
landlord are more on how to invest in longterm and keep positive cash flow.
but the best money is in developing, in any development project, developer are expecting 40% profit.
