看懂short sale里的蹊跷

最近正在买一个short sale，刚批。approval letter看着很蹊跷。是chase的。我给530k,银行只要445k,agent commission 30k, owner incentive 33k, other lien 6k, 还剩下15k左右。这15k到哪里去了，请问大虾能解释吗？我的agent解释不了，或者想瞒着我。
