answers to your questions.

1. this board is somewhat misleading, it should not use as any indicator of RE market. most people come here for RE because its was form by RE people, and run by RE people.

2. RE has 95% failure rate, we come here to share and help each other, preventing that from happening.

3. RE is very local, each area is different, and most likely, one can't duplicate others success.

4. RE requires a right mindset, it is very different than other investment vehicles, it is an investment, a business and a life style.
