请问这里的地主们： 接受不接受short term lease 的租客

正在找租客，有一个说正在卖自己的房子，想要签3个月的lease，然后month by month因有可能换工作，自己说收入和信用都很好，可以一次把3个月的房租都交了。当然我要查的。现在的租客到一月底搬。怕到时找不到新租客。正为难。不知这里的地主有没有租过这么短的lease 的，都要注意什么。这次感谢！
