另外补充一个，这个是我LG原来租的condo，我自己原来租的apt，是一个很大的property management公司在管理的，我在那个property里不同的unit搬过两次，每次deposit除了一点地毯spot清洁费，基本都是全额退回来的，平时修理也都是他们搞定的，所以这边这个我觉得很郁闷，钱倒不算太多，就是觉得我们以前自己处理小问题不折腾房东being considerate都是白费了。
