很奇怪这里的华人买客非得认为把listing agent变成dual agent就能让房子降价。


你知道卖主和listing agent之间的合同是怎么规定佣金付的。如果dual不dual的卖
主都要付出一样的佣金，人家卖主凭什么给你降价？你以为dual agent能压迫卖主
降价？

卖主们注意了，坚决禁止合同中有dual agent.
你的listing agent变成dual agent后会变得很贪婪，变成了出卖你的叛徒。
