新房客发现跳蚤，要求住宾馆！！！

老房客有狗，估计真有跳蚤，K!

现在要雇专业人员杀跳蚤，要换地毯，要付宾馆费（我们答应免掉这几天房费，每天50！）。这些钱怎么让前房客来付？他最后一个月房租都没有交，deposit就没了。
