would be more motivated to get the deal done if he/she can get paid more. I have never done it this way so I am a little concerned about conflict of interest. It sounds like you have had good experience.

I will try. My agent has been working for me for years but he has not found many good investment properties for me yet. I need to make some changes. Need to get my cash to work for me. It is doing nothing sitting on my savings account.
