说实在的，你逮到了一个idea customer: 傻但不叼

The price and the interest rate you charge them are rip off. You said the house couldn't sell for 420k, no matter what the reasons are,i.e, it's market value was below 420k more than two years ago. Most like he is upside down now. Why don't he just let you "foreclose"? :)

Well, off course there always a market for subprime people. BoA is now paying hundreds of dollars for Countrywide's ripping Blacks and Hispanics off years ago.
