他老婆就是listing agent, 否则我肯定还title company, 否则他们也不敢这么嚣张，因为我手里就有他们公开的收费标准，(fee schedule)。

他们还告诉我，其他人给的 offer比我高，为什么选我，就是因为我是第一个感兴趣的。他们这么做似乎也是非法吧? 是short sale.
