回复：title company's charge is regulated.

It is under Title Charges, it is escrow fee.

The line is "settlement or closing fee to American Tilte Service Agency, LLC".

Exactly, they charge $1000 more than their fee schedule. And threaten me to cancel the contract.

I will surely complain about this.
