You have to follow the population flow, especially if you want to hold for a longer term.

Any other catch with 15% vs 30%?

Is 30% a "lottery" type catch you get and it can not easily reproduced?

Are the two on similar ground with regard to other factors?

By any measure, 30% seems not a norm to me ... in pretty much any market.
