请教这里的老地主,section 8 vouchers 的房客能不能租?

今天收到我broker的email,现有一个section 8 vouchers 的人想租我的房.从来没有同这类人打过交道.好像是靠政府交房租的穷人.请教这里的老地主们,租给这类人的利弊?先谢了!
