前些天付地税时，看了一眼地税明细表，才发现

有一项“county pension plan"，县里居然让每个纳税人给公务员的养老金买单。都不知道什么时候这项给塞进税单里的，我们在这个县里住了十几年了，不记得曾经投票表决过这个。
