I had the same question. To apply for a loan, you have to submit almost all your personal, sensitive info. Thus I really hesitated to do it on internet. I feel more comfortable to interact with a local "person" or a bank, who I can trust and pin down in case there is any questions/issues with the application.
I searched on the internet for reviews before, including QuckLoan. Some positive, some negative. Not enough positive feedbacks for me to jump in at that time.
Please share your experience if you have ever done it on internet, good or bad.
