the ownership is 5/22 (relative) and 17/22 (you).
when there is income, 10% goes to PM (you), take 90% rent income deducts non-interest expenses (insurance/tax...) (let's say x amount profit). 5/22 *x goes to relative, and 17/22 **x goes to you. You take care of interest payment.
