美国做出租房的，老婆不能强悍

说说我看到的几个在美国做出租房比较好的人，都有一个特点：

男人做决策，老婆听话不强悍

老婆一般比较省钱，不胡乱花钱

老婆会帮助老公做力所能及的出租房管理

老婆不会要求到处旅游，海外四行

我的老婆刚好与如上相反，所以我不能做的。

各位批评一下，看我说的对不对？
