房产税APPEAL

找了个律师做房产税

APPEAL。 今天跟我说，要我做个APPRAISAL来SUPPORT。 

 

我不愿意再出几百块钱来弄

APPRAISAL REPORT (去年买的时候已经有了，不知道为什么他不可以用)。

搞不懂，万一

APPRAISAL 出来VALUE还高点，不是就用不到那个REPORT了吗？

有谁有没有做过这种TAX APPEAL？ 没有APPRAISAL又会影响多少？
