有这样一个想法，请看是否现实：购买 (all numbers are estimated)

2 SFHs (15 years old)

Price：818k

Tax: 18k

Association fee: 400/month 

If rent out: 4.8k

Possible additional expenses: new roof if leaking, new boiler if broken etc.

No mortgage

Advantage for the area: easy to sell and easy to rent

Plan to hold these 2 equities for 30 years.

这不是什么合算的交易，也不亏本。主要目的是退休后有点固定收入，因为还有其他收入，只要 2 SFHs就够了。不想做大，只想保底，不打算卖来卖去赚PROFIT，怕麻烦。
