一个是96年的foreclosure, 正面贴了一些砖,叫价85000，社区整体房价在12万左右，但是交通不是很方便，上高速需要15分钟。另外一个03年的房子,short sale交通便利，社区地势高低起伏，没一块平地，但是整体房价在15万.
