第一栋房，townhouse， 买进价25万， 现市价55万，贷款40万，HOA 250， 月租金3,000


第二栋房 ，SFH， 市价32万，现金购进， 无贷款，月租金2,000


应该出租那个呢？请指点。谢谢。
