这样的租客能要吗?

MLS listed, Agent 带来的租客, 夫妻俩一个 public school teacher assistant, 一个是contractor, 有自己的mover LLC. 有俩12岁daughters,

1. 收入有房租的三倍以上

2. 信用分数500-600

3.男有8 collections,妻子有 5 collections (银行,车行,电信公司,医药,等)

不能要,是吧?
