结果汇报：地主后的第一桩官司——discrimination

两个多月后，今天收到判决通知。

Examination of the evidence indicates that there is no reasonable cause to believe that the Respondents have engaged in a discriminatory practice. therefore, the complaint in this matter is dismissed.

为达到“庭外”和解以除消立案，原告要求 1。赔她$10000. 2。我必须雇佣PM公司管理我的出租房。我没有同意谈条件以求和解。坚持被调查判决后再说。

调查过程如下：

1。书面回复

2。电话询问当时的发生经过

3。提供以往出租房的要求和过程，租客的电话（电话过3次要求补充房客旁证人）。幸好的是各种类型的房客都有，单身母亲，单身女性，单身男性。调查人员从女性，男性房客的调查核实，申请费一律不收个人支票。不存在歧视女性，不租给女性。

3。是否说过“not take checks from chicks". 通知书上是这样写的：

The complainant's witness who also is her step son verified he personally heard the Respondent make the discriminatory statement" I no take checks from chicks". However when asked to be specific as to what he heard, the witness stated he heard "I cannot take a check from you because you are a "chick" and I need cash". the witness statement and the complainant's statement appear to contradict each other even though the underlining statement inferred the Respondent does not take check from women.

呵呵，假的就是假的，完全是捏造的一句话。所以，就露馅了。

歧视是地主最可怕的官司，是最容易被无赖刁民误告的官司，一旦成立，罚款至少一万刀。如果我只有这一个房子，没有女性房客，真不知道其结果会是怎样。如果是个黑人，假如我没有黑人房客，又如何能证明没有歧视黑人？小心，小心啊。希望这个案例给大家一个警钟。
