Not sure the reason. I am also questioning it. Cause many companies have property cross the whole US,  but maybe that is difference between incorporation and LLC.

AZ CA LLC cost is different. CA need pay about $800 annually, but AZ does not. That is the reason why I want to use AZ LLC to hold CA property.
