利息会降吗?我愁死了.

我和劳公在四月份看中一房,结果卖家在外地,一直拖到这个星期才签约,可是利息却高到6.5~6.75,我们没有经验,也没有lock loan,现在眼睁睁看到利息从5.75升到6.75.心里急啊!!_:'( 每个月的工资没多少剩了!!!
