she is a professional bad tenant.

we have similar tenant in the condo complex.  They move from one complex to another.  After moving in, they will loose up the stair handles.  Then pretend to have a fight with someone and fall through.  They sue the hoa and landlords for unsecured environment.  They succeed few times until they met me.  I showed the evidence of their history and signs of intentional damage to the safety bar. Their attorney dropped the case.
