do I need umbrella insurance?

how to decide if I need umbrella insurance? I have 2 rental property at state B while I am living at state A. I bought landloard home insurance for 2 rental properties separately and I also have a primary residence home insurance in state A.

My home insurances for rental propertyies come from allstate while primary residence home insurance from farmers.
