it is ok to evict from their own house.

you need confirm that they have stable good income.

need make sure they don't have other big collection, judgement, and late payment.

Do they look like reliable and trustable persons?

need consider if they may live in your houe for long time?

can they give you one month rent as deposit, or better can give you 1st and last month rent and 1 month rent as deposit?

do they have pet?

do they have a lot of kids?

are they married? stable marriage?

....;
