why is it has to pay tax tobe good people?

under the constitution, the last I read, there is NO WHERE it said one has to pay income tax to be a good citizen.

the only reason there is a income tax system, is the goverment over spend all our money.

by creating another tax base, only give goverment more rights to tax us.

and that is the last thing I want to see.
